This website is operated by Furshco, an Australian online store. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Furshco. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Our products

Furshco sells a daily dog supplement. It is a supplement and not a medicine. It is not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, is on medication, or already has fleas, ticks or any other parasite, please see your vet. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but individual results vary from dog to dog.

2. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Bundle and multi-jar prices are shown on the product page and are applied at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee, returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may withdraw an offer at any time. Withdrawal does not affect orders already placed.

7. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Furshco name and logo, text, images and video, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Our consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
